It takes immense bravery to admit that you could use some support. But we believe that we can be one arm of that support for you. We believe in doing what’s best for you and your health – both the health of your body and the health of your mind. And we maintain that you are the expert on your own experience. We will be there simply to help you navigate through your struggles.

But Prosper offers the support you need – tailored to you.

We offers intake sessions, follow-up sessions, and visits to restaurants and grocery stores. Rates are based on the length of the session. Please reach out to discuss your individual needs. Sliding scales are available for self-pay clients.

We work with several body- and food-related issues.

A Note About Insurance

AMEE is able to accept multiple major insurance plans – including Aetna, First Choice, Premera, Regence, HMA, Lifewise Plan of Washington, and Cigna. Insurance may partially or fully cover the cost of the visit. Please contact your insurance company to determine the amount of coverage according to your plan. Superbills are available for out-of-network coverage.

CAITY is in-network with First Choice Health, Premera, HMA, Lifewise of Washington and Regence. She currently accepts self pay clients and can offer sliding scale visits or Superbills to submit for out-of-network coverage.

Celeste is in-network with First Choice Health, Premera, HMA, Regence and Lifewise Plan of Washington She currently accepts self pay clients and can offer sliding scale visits or Superbills to submit for out-of-network coverage.

GINA is not currently in-network with any insurances but is in process to be able to accept insurance. She currently accepts self-pay clients and can offer sliding scale visits. Superbills are available to submit for out-of-network coverage.
